We are not the right fit for early-stage startups that need general business advice. If you're working on a significant strategic decision with board-level stakes, we're in the right territory.

These are the three markets where we have genuine depth. We do occasionally take on work outside these markets when it connects directly to a client we're already serving, or when our specific expertise is a clear fit. Yes. Our methodology has four phases and many client relationships start with a focused diagnostic or strategy phase. There is no obligation to continue. That said, our most impactful work happens when we stay through implementation. We'll always be clear about what we think you need and why.

Typically within two to three weeks of alignment on scope and terms. We don't carry a deep bench of junior staff waiting to be deployed. When we start, senior advisors are fully in from day one. That means our onboarding is faster and sharper than larger firms, but we are thoughtful about not overcommitting capacity.
